All sales final, unless you are extremely dissatisfied with the condition of which you received your item in. If you are not satisfied with how your art piece came to you (bent, ripped, wet, etc.) let me know and we can work something out. If you are dissatisfied with the art itself, well, that's your own fault 'cuz there's pictures and you can even ask me questions and stuff.
